The deepFillUpJsonFilePlaceholder helper is quite complex. Can we keep it simple by just replace biomeJson['$schema']?
biomeJson['$schema'] = biomeJson['$schema'].replace('{version}', version);

Automatically set the
biomeversion in its outputted config file, let it always use the version-matched json schema.
